This site collects information in one place, and nowhere else.

The contact form asks for your name, company, trade role (or your trade in your own words), email, phone number, and your message.

The form also sends one hidden field, called source. It records how you arrived — the campaign tags on the link you followed, or the site that linked to us — so that when we ask whether a piece of work was worth doing, we can answer it. It contains nothing about you. If you typed our address in directly it says so, and that is the whole of it.

That value is held in your browser’s session storage for as long as the tab is open, and is read only by a form you choose to submit. It is not a cookie, it does not survive closing the tab, and it is not readable by anyone else.

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views, how fast pages load, and a small number of named events: that a form was started, submitted, or left; that a phone number was tapped; and how far down three of the longer pages people read. These record what happened, never what you typed — no field you fill in is ever sent, including on the form you abandon. Both are cookieless and do not identify you, which is why this site shows no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask you to consent to.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or share what you send us, and we do not build a profile of your visit. The typefaces on this site are served from this domain rather than from a font network, so loading a page does not report you to a third party.

The form delivers into Miller’s own internal system, where the sales team works from it. Submissions are not stored on this website.

This site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs of requests as any web host does.

When you submit the form we send you a confirmation by email, through Resend, so that you have a record of what you sent. If a submission fails to reach Miller’s system, a copy is emailed to Miller so that your message is not lost — that is the only circumstance in which what you sent travels by email rather than directly into the internal system.

The form carries a hidden field that people never see and automated software usually fills in, and it measures how long the form took to complete. Submissions failing either check are discarded. We do not record the network address a submission came from.

The form asks what kind of practice or shop you are — architect, designer, general contractor, cabinet shop, millwork fabricator, or other, in your own words — and we use that answer to route your inquiry to the right person.
