Your job starts here. We choose a flitch for it, and if your drawings name one, we hold it for your order.

Our seamer joins the flitches edge to edge into one face, ready to be glued and pressed.

The flitches are then laid up to match the specification the job calls for and checked against the plans before going to the press.

Adhesive is rolled onto the substrate before the face is placed onto the panel and once applied to the correct thickness the panel goes into the press.

From the press, your panels go through our wide-belt sander. Calibrated panels come off at the thickness you asked for, and the same goes across the whole run.

Wire brushing runs on the same line, at the depth the spec names. The brushed face is raised along the grain and stays that way under finish.

We also take care of your doors, from slab doors and veneered faces to jambs and edgebanding, all off the same floor as your panels.

Panels are stacked, wrapped, loaded on our truck, and shipped out the door for delivery.
